Dead players not muted (CSS)

Has anyone experienced issues with dead players not being muted?

I have set sm_hosties_mute set to 3 and have no other plugins that perform any sort of muting.

Beyond that, I've got the latest dev release of SourceMod and MetaMod and have also tried hosties 2.3.0 with no luck.

Having the same issue in CSGO, gave up on trying so yeah..

I ended up modifying the mute code and it works now. I don't mean to be unhelpful but I'm away from my computer until the weekend and would like to test it for a bit to make sure of works, then I'd be happy to share it among some other tweaks
