I think all the command leading to a server token ban can be remplaced by a simple GivePlayerItem but i can't test this i don't have csgo server.
If one guy can test plugin on a server send me a message please.

It seems using ItemDefinitionIndex MAY be fine, but that depends on a plugin's implementation.

If sourcemod block this command it's because your server can be ban if one plugin set itemdefinitionindex value i really don't know if valve make difference about normal skin and custom skin :/
