[Help] Problem with menu when using Lightmaker

i have a problem with "Lightmaker" menu

when i type "say /light" the menu appears ,but some options are not available to choose (as in the attached image, only option "5" and "9" are selectable )
(i use amxx 1.8.3 )
Is there any advice ?Thanks

. to know if something was disabled after th new updates or if those settings need something before to be enabled (sorry for the bad explanation).

if you are the owner, just add this as it is (just edit the steamID) in your users.ini
like this, you have all the rights and privileges.
