CS:GO Lag?

Okay when a BR with 500 ping joined my server, it managed to cause all my players ping to rise to 100, now I'm not sure if this is really from the BR or from zombie:reloaded bugging with CS:GO. Anyone have to this problem? Is their a plugin to prevent this?

I haven't experienced this yet, but maybe these two plugins can just kick those with X amount of ping (200+?).
