Getting that in console not sure how to fix this any help would be great thanks.

That means you don't have those files created.
Server create those files whenever these commands used.
writeid
writeip

Using those two commands in wrong time/order you erase your permanent bans every server launch.


*If you have those cfg files in ...cfg/ -folder, make backup on those (copy and save some where so you not lose them)

Do this way to get permament bans work on your server:
Create ...cfg/autoexec.cfg file and add these
exec banned_user.cfg
exec banned_ip.cfg

Then add in ...cfg/server.cfg
writeid
writeip

- Make sure your file extension not change, example save it autoexec.cfg.txt

As long as the server is actually working, those errors should be harmless.

Note that banned_users.cfg is not the same as banned_user.cfg, which is probably why you're getting the error on it. Remove the 's' from users.

The message "exec banned_ip.cfg: file size larger than 1 MB!" is normal when the file size is zero bytes.
