How exactly do you want to achieve this? When looking at the plugin it only handles bans which were added to the database, for what I know the file doesn't save ban reasons. It only shows the ban reason right after you've banned him.

Sorry for not answering for some time I was thinking about the issue and the problem is if you wanted to save the reason it would mean you'd have to edit the original bans plugin and after that edit the plugin from forlix so it'll show everything correctly.
I'm not that good at coding and am mostly able to do minor changes as last time I'll take a look at what I can do.
