Hello,

How i can make private plugin??
Type only on that server works the plugin.

Very simple: don't give it to anybody.

you can connect them to sockets like binding plugin to server IP so that it will run in one server only and compile them with some protection from decompiler like lysis and give only .amxx

I thought that something like this would come from you.
THIS IS NOT ALLOWED! If you give someone a plugin you have to provide it's source code!
And even if you give someone only the .amxx file: You can always bypas these kind of protections. Either with decompile/recompile the plugin or spoofing the IP/command/whatever needed to run the plugin.
