hi i need a plugin or source code
that allow to all players in the server To hear all other players voices in the mic

like admin Listen mic but for all players not admins only
Is this possible ?

Example

all Terrorists can hear alive / dead Terrorists mic
all Terrorists can hear alive / dead Counter-Terrorists mic

all Counter-Terrorists can hear alive / dead Counter-Terrorists mic
all Counter-Terrorists can hear alive / dead Terrorists mic.

I am not sure if dead players can be heard too, you have to test it.

sv_alltalk 1 = EVERYONE talks to EVERYONE, including spec and dead.. Regardless of their condition
