I tested using maps when you first said, it downloads the map but its not fast at all. If the fast dl didnt work would it still download the map? I will pm you with the information to connect to it.

I have tryed bziping the models and i still cant get it to download the models...

No they didn't

the server is still acting like the fastdl dosnt exist

If you are using "free" ftp, likely they restrict your downloading file size.
I tried several before, some are nice(lasted for a week while most, instantly cut off your downloading)

this was set to 1 early years in my configs,
lately ive been having bugs asswell with fastdl
when roled back all the bugs stopped
