Plugin to make cheat round?

Hi, im searching for plugin or way how to make custom round where is enabled enable_skeleton_draw 1 or some other cheat thinks. And i want that this round will start only once in random position.

"enable_skeleton_draw" does not exist in any AMXX game I know of.

i think this is for csgo, like those xrays we see in live games, i might be wrong!

Maybe wrong section? enable_skeleton_draw command doesn't exist in 1.6, it exists in csgo only.
