I need a plugin for HLTV Recording.

Main Features:
1. HLTV connected to the server when on the server connected 1 player.
2. HLTV start record demo after 3 RR.
3. HLTV Stop recording when all players disconnected.

Or

Main Features:
1. HLTV connected to the server when on the server connected 1 player and start Recording demo.
2. HLTV Stop recording when all players disconnected.
