So I've been hex editing the default player models of valve, for using my own texture (making them blue and red models), but when I see players surfing or just crouching, the animations seems to be wrong. For example, when the player surf, it's doing weird hops instead of getting the right animation for surf. Or when you crouch, the animation isn't "interpolated" , it's instant. Did anyone got this problem before?
