How many 128 tick CS:GO servers can I run on this system?

i7-6700k
64GB RAM
CentOS 7

How many players pr. instance?

If it's 10 players and you're not running demanding plugins, or anything demanding in the background i'd say it should be possible with 8 instances.

Hi 8 servers,with 22 slot per server.

1 server per thread.

4.2 GHz will get a pretty high slot count @ 128 tick. Depending on gamemode/plugins 20-28 slots.
