Hello, I am curious if there is a way to make it so when someone types !browse www.example.com into the chat that it will open in full screen instead of the small window?

Haha, I am sorry I am very new to all of this..I have a Team Fortress 2 server that I started about 2 weeks ago. I think that the sm_browse ability comes from a backpack plugin installed?

PS. I don't know what I am talking about.

Edit: In fact, re-reading your post, I see you actually want the client to connect to any site, not just a pre-defined one. Let me see if I can find that.

Actually I worded it improperly, I just wanted people to be able to type something like !forum and have it go to my forum page. So the plugin you directed me to looks like it will work perfectly for that, thank you very much!
