This has probably been brought up and requested a few times, but I really would like it if someone could at least attempt to create this plug-in or tell me if its even possible or not.
So here it is.

A plug-in that will allow players on both teams to voice chat with each other while alive, but once a player is dead, he/she can no longer be heard by players whom are still alive, while players who are dead can chat with each other which would be like “sm_deadtalk 1”.

I believe there was a feature like this on event scripts but I could be wrong.

On point. Although it wouldn't matter much if dead players could hear alive players.

I will try it out.

Would it be possible to allow dead players to alltalk chat with other dead players. I only suggest this because some rounds last longer then others and players could get bored waiting to start there conversations again.

I like the admins immune feature though.

I would also find a plugin with that functionality very useful, I know there are two other plugins that do something similar but they will not fix the problem I have on my server. A lot of players find the need to abuse the player that just killed them every time they die, most just do it as heat of moment and forget about it soon after. It would be very useful for many servers that need to stop ghosting by dead players but also need alive players on both teams to hear each other, e.g. Jail Break servers.

I could have sworn I seen this done before I think it was for eventscripts but if it worked for that shouldn't there be a way to make it work in sourcepawn.

But yeah allot of people would love a plugin like this especially the fun servers.
