And what if to check for precachemodel limit in the sourcemod? https://goo.gl/SLciqU

SourceMod's PrecacheModel is just a wrapper around the Engine's PrecacheModel function.

As far as I'm aware, there are no plans to change this.

Does this need it's own folder? Do I just paste everything into the sourcemod folder?

Could not disable the plugin PrecacheModel if this results a server crash, I think it would be better if an automatic shut-off plugin, not the entire server.

So after disabling this extension, my server doesn't crash anymore. Not sure what from here would cause it to crash. Before today, everything was working fine and I hadn't touched the FTP in about 2-3 days. gg valve?

Not related to the extension, its whatever uses this.

Best way to find out is to remove the extension and find out which plugins fail to load, and then remove them all (then put the extension back on).

Then test each plugin until you find the plugin that crashes the server.

OR rename the extension from it's current file name to a random one like "gfdhgfdjgfdg.dll/.so"
