Could anybody help me to install hlstatsx:ce?

Is private work allowed here?
If yes,any person that will help me will not be just for free and we can private talk via messages.

I realy did read about the whole instalation but there are some parts that a begginer cannot understand and the instruction lets say is not that easy even for me that ive searched a lot.

Example:
For the SQL folder you only need to upload the install.sql file, this does not have to be in the public folder but does need to be accessed from the command line // SSH

[what is it meaning about public folder,where is that,what is ssh command line where i must finaly upload that to sql databse where]

So some parts are not that understandable.

Well, only a gameserver is not enough. You need like a vps or webspace where you have perl and command line access. Do you have that?
