CS_terminateRound not adding team score

I found this project that is really old, but it still works quite well. It is a VIP gamemode in CS:GO, but after the round ends when a VIP is rescued the amount of rounds won by CT (or T) does not go up. So I looked into the code, but it should actually be working. Can someone help me out?

At line 327 for example, there is a call to CS_TerminateRound but the team scores stay at 0 - 0.
