Description:
Plugin prevents people from spamming your server using name change message. For example gagged player can continue communicate by changing his name.

I don't know if i'm bumping the thread or something but i wanna say that you should add a Enable/Disable of showing the message itself in chat.

I once encountered a kid with a bind that changed his name in a trolling/toxic way, spamming the chat with "gonna rage?" type of stuff.

TR;DL: Add cvar to enable/disable the user changed name in chat Completely.
