as said in title

a feature I think would be nice for tf2items is for individual players to choose if they want the items as modified by the tf2items config list or have it revert to normal via items_game.txt

basically they can choose is they want their items completely normal or modified.

This is already a feature, they can run 'sm_tf2items_enable' and 'sm_tf2items_disable' to toggle it.
