i know these plugins exist, i dont mind if its unapproved, i just need .smx because i am running a multiplay server.
You can find these sort of plugins on lotusclan an such. They give unusual effects on hats and miscs, but i am smegged off that those servers have them.
When i ask other server owners wat the plugin is, it's donator, ive tried basic donator but it keeps saying: That player is not a donator.
Any help?

It's against valve's rules.
LotusClan is pretty cancerous.
