Do you have a question about AMX Mod X? That does not look like something that can be done with AMX Mod X so if you have questions about that you'll have to find a more relevant place to ask about it.

Don't have a question just wanted to share it. But in fact it is done with AMX Mod X.

It is just a sprite and the "mouse icon" clicks on items by comparing their position on screen most likely.
Placing the sprite is quite easy to do and some of the needed information is already available in this forum.

So you are doing it with viewmodels? If so, it is easier than using sprites. Clever.

Now that you mentioned v_ models it might be easier. Going to try that next. In the video i've done it with p_ models.

There's one thing I do not understand, how are you able to detect mouse position?

Likely by using angles. I made menus like in the video by using sprites before, but not the mouse(was using keys to navigate the menu) so I can not say for sure.
