users.ini error

Hi there.

When I add myself to the users.ini saves it and restarts the server, I go ingame and executes amxmodmenu.

It just keeps telling me that I don't have permission to use that command, even though I've added myself.

You forgot the parameter that is to be left blank. You can't just exclude it. See the examples. Fixed below:
