You are running a 1.8.1/1.8.2 compiler with 1.9.0 include files. I have no idea how you mixed those up, they come packaged together.

Put proper files in? I told you, I have no idea how you mixed those two, if you just download AMXX base package from the site and extract it you'll have the proper compiler and include files.
It seems like you downloaded 1.8.2 and 1.9.0 separately and mashed them together. That won't work.

Never download AMXX from a site that isn't amxmodx.org. Most likely you'll get outdated and wrong files.

You also need to download the amxx files itself. The compiler is only the complier, nothing more.
