Can you tell me the proper way to disable a god and noclip/flying perks for good?

1. I type the following at server console: sm_rtd2_disabled "0, 4"
2. Server responds with:
[RTD] 2 perks disabled:
> Godmode
> Flying
3. While in-game I use the command: !forcertd @humans god
4. Players get god mode
5. While in-game I use the command: !forcertd @humans good
6. Players get random good perk, which sometimes gives god mode or flying

How can I prevent players from getting god mode or flying?

As i know, ForceRTD always (without any limits) give perk to players. Players can't get noclip and god by using /rtd command.

Guys, i need a help with that plugin. How to fix the descrptions in plugin? Because it does not work.
Instead "RTD Effects rolled" only appears "Rolled" and no description to perk. I think the plugin does not see the file "rtd2_perks.phrases", but I do not know how to make him see this file.

Are you sure that your file named rtd2_perks.phrases.txt?

EDIT: However, plugin can't work if you dont have any of required translation files, so maybe your file just broken.

I have all translation files. I do not know what can be broken. I downloaded the plugin from here. Why am I sure this file is rtd2_perks.phrases.txt? Because descriptions for the plugin is in this file.

I tried to reinstall. Still the same problem.

I'm really not sure but it could be custom panel (in your case "RTD Panel (Beta)") problem. I've checked plugin source and found that "Perk not found or invalid info, forcing a roll" error appears if there is no any perk found for query string (second argument for sm_forcertd, sm_forcertd <player> <perk id>* <time>* <override class restriction (0 / 1)>*)

Can you post your adminmenu_custom.txt ?
