Hello,
As far as I can see, the server list on CS:GO reflects what country you are in, so if you are in Germany, on a german line, you will also see german servers higher (Hosted in germany, regardless of ping)

I´ve reached out to steam to know who they use to resolve geolocation but they cant really give me a striaght answer. I assumed it was maxmind, but it is not.

By any chance, do anyone know who resolves ip to location for valve, so I can ask them to update locations for a range of IP adddresses?

Maxmind and ip2location i believe

I asked a few years ago and they said they using several including maxmind and ip2location. Maybe there was a 3rd but I cant remember.
