hello

would someone be kind enough to write me a surf plugin?
i would do it my self but have no idea where to start

it needs to do the following.

1. if the user kills then the killer gets slayed.
2. the killed gets respawned
3. also as an option, the ability to turn off the respawned part

so can some one help
