Compile to AMXX 1.50?

Could someone please compile this to AMXX 1.50? I would do it myself, but I have no clue what I'm doing. Please and thank you.

This plugin is not AMX Mod X compatible. I wrote it for AMX Mod 0.9.3 I think? So very, very long ago

And it does work. Just had to allow Fakemeta and Engine. Thanks for coming up with the idea Bailopan, and I already thanked Kami for porting it, since he used to be one of the leaders of my clan. Love the plugin!
