Could someone make a plugin for the zombie server ... freezebang to allow CT to buy 1 per round and freeze the zombies for around 10-15 sec ?

This is pretty easy stuff and can be done as soon as ZR team will realease external API (maybe in ZR 3.0 beta 2).
