Some heroes show up.(about 20 of them) The problem might be that I have too many heroes, but I thought 1.2.0 was able to hold more than what I have. I also have UAIO menu, could that overload it?

I have 65 heroes right now.

More than likely the heroes that don't show up are not compiled for 1.2.0 but for 1.18e. Try to compile those heroes locally or use the compiler here: http://www.amxmodx.org/webcompiler.cgi
