I downloaded the extension and copyed the Navfile-blocker.txt you posted.

But when i join my server ( Tf2 ) it started to download the Nav file.... Running Linux btw.......

Any ideas ?

Did you check extension is loaded?
type 'sm exts list' on srcds console

i tested this extension with debug mode.
and it doesn't pass 'OnResourcePrecachedFullPath' function.(not be sure which is problem, signature or function)
need to try other ways...
