Problem:
chat inside the web sometimes show uncorrect russian letters

None of those steamids are valid in your picture and they seem much longer than real steamids. your server is non-steamed and NONSTEAM = NO SUPPORT.
here's the ids in case he deletes picture.

That would probably take too much time, from the time that I don't have, I'm sorry. That has been on my mind for a long time, but it's too much work at the moment.

What i did was simply turn off error reporting in the php.ini file like so:

error_reporting = ~E_ALL

everything works and looks fine after.

I'm relay to tired to try to fix this, and after some Google, and what not I turn to my friends here, and hope you guys/girls can guide me in the correct direction, cause I am lost atm.
