I reload the zip file and tested it on one of my TF2 servers. It failed to load, Its says: Extension version is too new to load (6, max is 5).

That means you have to update your sourcemod to the very latest snapshot.

You shouldn't be compiling against sourcemod-central.

SourceMod 1.6 is only really known to work on Dota 2, but your extension doesn't work in SourceMod 1.4 or 1.5 because 1.6 uses a newer extension version.

Compiling against releases/sourcemod-1.5 should work, though.

I have the extension installed, but it's not preventing the download of .nav files. Not using FastDL for them.
