add translation support. names like Warden etc don't make sense in other countries it's an American thing + people would just translate plugins in their own languages.

The Warden plugin is optional. Translating the whole package is something I'm postponing until I feel like the package is done. If you want a cvar to rename from Warden to something else, I can do it.
