How can i load different (plugin)configs on Multiple Servers with the Same Directory

Hi!

I have multiple Gameservers from the same Game, running in the same Directory.
On this Servers I have some Sourcemod Plugins running.

My Problem:

All of the Gameservers load the same Config files in the .../cfg/sourcemod/ directory and i didnt get any simple way to Change the sourcemod to load f.e.: Server 1 the unique config files for this Server.

And anything i try to load in the command line @ serverstart wont get executed caus the Server didnt know the comands on the Point of Startup.

pls help
