Saw an identical picture of you in the Left4Bots steam page (I'm assuming it's you). You can try downloading the mod by going to SteamWorkshopDownloader, copy the link of the mod, paste it into the text box and press download:



Then place the vpk file inside the zip file to: left4dead2/addons.

It shouldn't be, as I also use this plugin without that problem, it could be one of the other mods or plugins you have. Can you provide your full list of mods and plugins?

I install defib fix in my linux server and it keep causing segmentation fault (core dumped), unable to shut down the server normally unless I use kill command.

I ask because when you use the L4D2 holdout characters and someone dies on the team, you cannot revive them, possibly because the l4d2 crew are fake l4d1 characters.
