I wellcome that improvement. As another one: to have config file where we can define groups of 'blacked out' players by SteamIDs with the same effect as if they would have the same IPs ;)

Alright, i am back from vacation.
But, i have some stuff to take care of here and there. I will start working on the plugin from Friday. Gimme two days after the Friday for the fixing and testing, and you will get a clean working updated version of this plugin.
