I'm not helping anymore cause you can't read documentation, it wasnt made to waste jtp's time...

It says in there what to add to plugins.ini, also it says to enable the cstrike and engine modules. Hell it even shows what its supposed to look like. Read it very carefully, don't just skim it then come here asking questions like you didnt know what to do. I hope you installed the Counter-Strike Addon like jtp said.
