that is not always where the models go, it depends on where the scripter put them. Most newer heroes should follow the format discussed here, at least I hope they are following the format...

that error will tell you exactly where the model is supposed to go, otherwise open up the heroes .sma file and look for 'public plugin_precache()' all default (models you dont have to worry about) and extra model locations should be there...
