Looks like the SourceMod hard handles cap was hit. Try updating to the latest version of Dynamic and Radio to see if that fixes the problem (Currently included in the base package).

Quite sure on the latest Radio most handles are initialized and freed correctly (Even cache couple of cVars to make sure I avoid leaks or conflicts).

Going to send Neuro Toxin a message just to make sure.

Cheers for the feedback.

One more quick question. Is this happening right away or after a few map changes?

If it's happening after a few map changes then something is definitley leaking. If it's on first boot, then too much information is being stored and I might have to tweak the methodmaps a little.

i think it's after a few map changes but the error not always appears

Thanks for the update

Doing a few more tests to try and pinpoint what's the exact cause right now. Once I've found the problem will update the base package.

Is it me or does this plugin makes players have high ping whenever playing a radio station? If I can recall, I saw a post few pages back that this problem is kinda fixed but I think it's back.

The plugin itself shouldn't affect a players ping at all.

Best guess is their connection can't handle a stream running at higher bitrates, which causes the lag you was seeing.

Update:
v2.0.0.3 is ready.

This is a small maintenance release that address one small issue related to ShoutCast playlists having genres forced in the plugin (Was a small overlook in 2.0.0.1 with added playlist types, especially the top 500), and the genre collection is only intialized when necessary.

v2.0.0.3 - Changelog:
  • Removed the hardcoded genres usage in ShoutCast mode
  • Only initialise the genre collections now when they're enabled inside the playlist file(s)
Base post updated with the latest downloads. Will auto-update if you're using updater too.


Would love feedback on this version related to the memory leak you was experiencing. I've ran many tests and can't really replicate it in this release.

problem still not solved, i think it happened after a map change but the other times i think it was during a game
