Can we define credits for first connection to the server?

I'm sorry if this has been asked, but I would like to give users who have connected to the server for the first time X amount of credits. Is this currently possible?

Edit:

I tried adding:

"first_connection_credits" "1000"

to both core.cfg and distributor.cfg and neither worked.

Are you using the latest commit?

Okay, re-downloaded the latest sourcecode and it still didn't work.

Sorry, nevermind I didn't realize I needed to compile the files again.
