You should compile it on your local machine.

Anyway, download left4dhooks.inc in the left4dhooks thread and add it to the spider website (where is a message: "Drop .inc files here"), and try again.

better upload the source or attach the source because as far as I know, the sourcemod can penalize you for uploading only the .smx
