I think your plugin is not logical. I would never memorize someones SteamID. I don't even know my own off the top of my head.

Also, why would anyone use your commands if they can use 'status' to get what they want? And, as for IPs, only admins would have a reason to know that and there is already functions to get it.

what happens if one of your admins has ip/id assigned access and he enters with a diffrent name and cheats, someone demos him and posts him on the server ... then you ban an innocent ip and the admin can still cheat...that doesn't work that well now does it ?

yes, that is a distinct possibility

But that admin would have to be uber stupid to risk vac ban.
More so, we have very hard requirements (psychological) for accepting an admin, I can find years back from logs who was who, and finally, all admins know each other personally

So even when it's narrowly possible, it's nothing to worry about.

You give plugin developers the responsibility, for behavior of admins?
