Maybe use the fake deadringer of epic scout.
its an ams but if you can modify the abilities of bosses to be ams's it could be a good counter to the dead ringer bug.

From my testing, this Deadringer instadeath bug happens on some servers, i suspect a misbehaving plugin causes this, it happens with minions in blue team, too. So far I don't know which subplugin/plugin is the broken one
