[req]super simple request, on join text.

I need a super simple plugin.
When a player joins i need it to say a message for about a minute.
Something like "type respawn to join in!"
And after the play picks a team, or 2 minutes if thats not possible, another message that stays
For a minute to say something like "type changerace to pick your race!"
And if you are feeling fun maybe adding at random times to randomly say it for a few seconds
Song lyrics haha (set up kinda like amx talks)

The only thing is, i need to be able to edit what the text says easily, maybe a chat.cfg or something?
I wouldnt mind paying for your time if its a few $.

Is it really necessary to pay for a 20 line plugin?

Is it tested, i couldnt get it running, but all i did was add the plugins and add it to the server.cfg and to plugins list. then reboot, but i might have missed something, prolly my end fault prolly, i'll check again when i get home. (if you have it tested and working)

Sorry, thats what i meant >.< was on my way. Out the door, its running, guess it just needed to load a new map after.

Its not working, No error from log. Fresh log from just running this plugin, everything else was disabled.
