Remove slow down after you get shot?

Is there a plugin for this.. I tihnk this would be cool for gun game.. So annoying getting shot and slowing down.

In CSS when you get shot you get a "movement limitation" because in real life...if you get shot...you aren't gonna be moving very fast...

What he's suggesting is removing that (which technically isn't possible), though what can be done is forcing a specific speed on a player after they get shot which would make it *seem* like they aren't getting slowed down.
