the idea is pretty nice, but what i'm missing is
a way to save/load different teleporters per map,
also an option to automatic/manually load the teleporters
on map change would be great.

Try it.

Menu have now 'Save' option, which write to files origins of all portals objects. This files are used to restore position of these entities on load map.
In .rar I put how should look configs/portal/ directory and example portals for counter strike map: de_dust2. Tested only with CS.

Update:
stargate mode savable too. This one have new command: amx_save_portals

They use the same config dir so you can`t use both in the same time!

I made savable all types of portals from this plugin. You want to combine this plugin with other, right? Give me a link to that 'other' on PM.

Usage:
