itd be nice if there was a built in pluggin for a demo recording that lets you view the demo from any type of spectator mode, pause, stop, rewind, play speeds, etc...

I doubt that such feature can be implemented at SourceMod level.

Thats something that has to be put in the HL client.

what about one that takes it and converts it to like .avi or .mpeg or somehting like that so it is much easier viewing? or just a stand a lone converter

If you convert it to a normal video, you lose alot of the information. Ideally, it would be nice to view the same demo from multiple places, from multiple viewpoints.
