I haven't tried this plugin yet, but i have a few questions about it.

It's a spawnkilling protection. You mention when "SOMEONE" hurts you within X seconds of spawning, he/she will get punished. Isn't it better to run this plugin for the whole roundtime and punish only the TEAMMATE if he hurts you? (and with e.g. 10% more punish damage then he inflicted?)

I know it's a spawnkilling protection, but maybe there is a wider potential in it
