Hey guys!
I compiled last version of sm_hosties(2.3) in beta branch with the last version of sourcemod( 1.8 ). All works, but when i'm typing !lr and selecting a Shot4Shot nothing happens. I compiled without errors, followed guide.
Also, i'm using a new config.

Did you check your Sourcemod error log file to see if there are any errors that Hosties is generating? If there are Hosties errors then post them here.

error log doesn't contains hosties errors.

Does the master branch have the same issue? Not sure what causes this or if anyone else is experiencing the same problems.

No, but master branch have critical error. If you select Shot4Shot and then kill opponent with Zeus, server will crash

Same on my server, reason might be the new zeus that came with Operation Hydra update.
